PENADES

To celebrate Camper’s 50th anniversary, we were asked to design a pop-up store inside Galeries Lafayette, Paris.

The brief was to return to the Mediterranean roots of the company and we took the brief quite literal. We built the furniture of temporary store with 5 different wood veneers that were sourced from the roots of the trees, instead of their trunks. Olive, holm, elm, poplar and chesnut. Five species that you can usually find in the Mediterranean landscape.

This is our 8th collaboration with Camper, following Hong Kong, Bangkok (2), Paris (2), Mallorca and Málaga.
